Missing Confirmations?  Email Whitelst Instructions
If you are finding our order confirmations or sales messages, please read this message.

Internet Service Providers (ISPs) routinely filter messages in an effort to fight SPAM. Some e-mails that you really want are will get filtered, in most cases you are not notified and neither are we. To make sure Wazoodle e-mails are not filtered into your "junk" or "bulk" folder, please follow the directions below.

Click on your email provider's name in the bulleted list below (if you use more than one email provider with our company, follow the instructions for each provider).

AOL version 7 or 8 [ back to top ]

  1. Click on the "Mail" Menu in the Menu Bar along the top of the screen.
  2. Click on "Mail Controls"
  3. About Mail Controls Screen appears, Click on "Next"
  4. Select "Customize Mail Controls for this Screen Name", and Click "Next"
  5. Select "Either"

     
    • "Allow e-mail from all AOL members, e-mail addresses, and domains." If you select this option, you're done. Do not continue to steps 6 - 9. Or
    • "Allow e-mail from all AOL members, and from the listed domains and e-mail addresses. Block e-mail from all others." If you select this option, continue to point #6 below:
       
  6. In the space provided, enter this address: wazoodle.com and Click "Add"
  7. Click "Next"
  8. Select "Allow this Screen Name to send and receive mail with pictures and files".
  9. Click Save to Apply these Mail Controls.

AOL version 9+ [ back to top ]

  1. Click on the "Mail" Menu in the Menu Bar along the top of the screen, or,
  2. Click on "Mail Center"
  3. Mail Center Screen appears,
  4. Under "Mail Preferences" click on "Customize your e-mail" and click "Next"
  5. Under "Essentials" click on "Spam Controls" and click "Next"
  6. Mail and Spam Controls Screen appears
  7. On the right panel of the screen make sure that "Mail filtered by AOL's Advanced Spam Filter" is turned On (checkmark appears), and that underneath that you have both "Mail with clickable Hyperlinks (URLS)" and "Mail containing words and phrases on my Custom Word List" turned Off (no checkmark appearing).
  8. On the left panel make sure that "Block mail containing pictures or files" is turned off (no checkmark appearing) - we often include images in our emails.
  9. On the left panel select either:

     
    • "Allow mail from all senders". If you select this option, you're done. Do not continue to steps 10 - 13. Or
    • "Use a Custom Sender list". If you select this option, continue to point #10 below:
       
    • Note: the other options are too selective to allow e-mail from us, and almost anyone else who might send you e-mail.

       
  10. Click on the blue link: "Custom Sender List" that is part of "Use a Custom Sender List" option.
  11. The Custom Sender List appears

     
    • Make sure you select the second option (*) "Allow only the domains and senders listed below"
    • In the space provided, enter this address: wazoodle.com and Click "Add"
    • To allow e-mail from AOL or your friends at AOL you also want to do the following...
    • In the space provided, enter this address: "aol.com" and Click "Add"
    • To accept e-mail from other domains add the other domains in the same way you did above for all of the domains or friends e-mail addresses you want to add.
    • Click "Save" (on the Custom Sender List screen)
       
  12. Click "Save to Apply these Mail Controls" (on the Mail and Spam Controls screen)
  13. Close any remaining open windows.


AOL Web Mail [ back to top ]

  1. Click the "Addresses" button at the top of the page
  2. Click "New", then on the drop down list click "New Contact"
  3. Type orders@wazoodle.com in the "Email 1" text box
  4. Click the "Save" button to confirm 

Cloudmark SpamNet [ back to top ]

  1. Select "Cloudmark", "Options"... from the Cloudmark SpamNet toolbar in Outlook
  2. Click "Advanced"
  3. Go to the Whitelist tab
  4. Click the "Add" button
  5. Type orders@wazoodle.com
  6. Click "OK"
  7. Click "Yes"
  8. Click "OK"

  1. Go to keyword "Mail Controls"
  2. Click Edit
  3. Select the Member name that you use
  4. Put a dot in "Allow e-mail from the listed Internet Addresses and domains"
  5. Type wazoodle.com in the text box provided
  6. Click "Add".
  7. Click "OK"


Earthlink Web Mail [ back to top ]

  1. Click the "Address Book"
  2. Click the "All Categories" pull-down menu and choose "Companies (Domains)"
  3. Click the "Add" button
  4. In the space provided, enter this address: wazoodle.com
  5. Click "Allow This Company (Domain)" button
  6. Click "Save" Button


Gmail [ back to top ]

  1. Click "Contacts" along the left side of any Gmail page
  2. Click "Create Contact"
  3. In the primary email address box, type orders@wazoodle.com
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click "Spam" along the left side of any Gmail page
  6. Put a check mark on the box next to our email
  7. Click "Not Spam" button along the top

Hotmail [ back to top ]

  1. Click the "Options" link
  2. Click on the "Mail" link
  3. Click on "Junk E-Mail Protection"
  4. Click on "Junk E-Mail Filter"
  5. From the selection list Choose your Junk E-Mail Filter level select either "Low", or "Enhanced" (the first two options), click the "Ok" button at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Click on "Safe List"
  7. In the space provided "Type an address or domain:", enter this address: wazoodle.com
  8. Click "Add" button.

MacMail [ back to top ]

  1. Select "Mail", "Preferences" from the menu
  2. Go to the Rules category
  3. Click "Add Rule"
  4. For the Description type "Whitelist: wazoodle.com"
  5. Make sure the criteria read: "If any of the following conditions are met: From Ends with"
  6. Type wazoodle.com after "Ends with"
  7. Make the actions read: "Perform the following actions: Move Message to mailbox: Inbox"
  8. Click "OK"
  9. Make sure the rule is at the top of the rules list
  10. Close the Rules window

McAfee Spamkiller [ back to top ]

  1. Click the "Friends" tab
  2. Click "Domains" tab
  3. In the Address box, enter wazoodle.com and name it "Phone People". Choose "all users at domain" as the type, and Click "Add"
  4. Click on "Save"

  1. On the Tools menu, click "Options"
  2. On the Preferences tab, click "Junk E-mail"

Outlook Express (version 6 or higher) [ back to top ]

  1. Select "Tools", "Address Book" from the menu
  2. Go to "File", "New Contact"
  3. Enter "Phone People" in the "First" Name field
  4. Type orders@wazoodle.com in the "E-Mail Addresses" field and click "Add"
  5. Click OK.

Spam Arrest [ back to top ]

  1. Log into Spam Arrest
  2. Click the "Senders" Tab
  3. Type orders@wazoodle.com in the email field
  4. Click the "Authorize" button.

Verizon [ back to top ]

  1. Go to your Verizon Inbox
  2. Click "Options"
  3. Select the Block Senders tab
  4. Add wazoodle.com to your "safe list".

Yahoo [ back to top ]

  1. Open your Yahoo mailbox.
  2. Click "Mail Options" (usually Upper Right Corner)
  3. Click "Filters". (Middle Column under "Management")
  4. Next, click "Add Filter".
  5. In Filter Name box type "Phone People"
  6. In the top row, labeled "From header:", make sure "contains" is selected in the pull-down menu.
  7. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the addresses below:
    • orders@wazoodle.com
  8. At the bottom, where it says "Move the message to:", select "Inbox" from the pull-down menu.
  9. Click the "Add Filter" button again.
